1. When booking with 's Paradise Getaway, LLC there is a one time $40.00 per person administrative fee due upon submitting your deposit. If booking a GROUP TRIP the admin fee is $50.00 per person instead of $40.00 per person. 

 

Each payment after the initial deposit or payment, does not require the administrative fee to be included. It is the responsibility of each client to maintain accurate balance and payment history information regarding their booking and reservation status and payment dates. Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC is not responsible for client payment history or balance information. While we make every effort to provide up to date information,Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC is not liable for any errors or omissions.

 

PLEASE NOTE - TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS.
For international travel excluding cruises that begin & end at the same US port, United States Citizens MUST have a valid United States passport book. Your United States passport book MUST be valid for a minimum of six months beyond your dates of travel.

NON UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and US Immigration for applicable regulations.

 

2. Please be sure to review and sign the Terms and Conditions on our website (you can access it by clicking the terms and conditions button on the left side of the page)This form is located on the Terms and Conditions tab on the Linda's Paradise Getaway website.

 

3. Payments are processed in the order received. Please keep in mind all payments and deposits made to Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC will charge a $50 per person cancelation fee for ALL cancelations even with Travel Insurance. 

 

4. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance or a Pre Departure waiver to protect your investment. There are no refunds after final payment due dates.

 

5. Your remaining balances can be seen in your Client Portal.

 

6. All payments are processed according to the Central Standard Timezone. Your final payment for your entire reservation is due by your final payment due date by 6:00 PM Central Standard Time. If you fail to make your payment or late payment extension by the due date by 6:00 PM Central Standard Time, your reservation is considered past due and will incur a immediate cancellation and additional fee of $50.00 per person. At this time, there are no late payment arrangements. No refunds will be given on reservations that cancel due to non payment and travel insurance will also be voided if the request for a canceleation is not received and approved in writing prior to the final payment due date along with the cancel fees. There are no exceptions. Reservations will automatically cancel. Reservations that cancel with travel insurance are only fully refundable if that's the type of Travel Protection that was selected. All reservations with travel insurance that are not paid in full will only receive a refund or travel credit of the deposit paid less the cost of travel insurance and cancel fees on a case by case basis. The airfare must be PAID IN FULL. 

07. All declined payments or returned payments are subject to a $25.00 returned item/declined fee.

08. If a cancellation occur per our terms and conditions the client is subject to pay a $50.00 per person cancellation fee. 

Group Bookings:

If you have booked with a group and the entire reservation is not paid in full by the final payment due date, your entire reservation will cancel. Please be aware of this policy when booking your vacation with a group of passengers. If one passenger in your group fails to pay, the entire reservation will be cancelled and past due, cancel fees, and late fees will be due for each passenger on the reservation when booked as a group. All passengers listed on the same reservation have to pay in full by the final payment due date to prevent a cancellation of the entire reservation. All components on group bookings have to match. For example, if travel insurance is selected, every passenger on the group booking reservation has to purchase travel insurance. There are no refunds after final payment due dates.

 

COVID-19 WAIVER OF LIABILITY 

Coronavirus COVID-19 Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Disclosure

In consideration of the travel opportunity presented to you by Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC and afforded to you by the Vendors considered, the Client and travelers in Clients party, Client, by applying payment on travel considered herein, acknowledges and agrees to the following:


The 2019 Novel Coronavirus* (“COVID-19” “Coronavirus” “Pandemic”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.


Client is fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel.


Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check, understand, and comply with the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak with the CDC https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices, domestic governing bodies https://travel.state.gov, destination governing bodies, and all vendors associated with Clients travel.


Client is aware that it is his/her personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations, restrictions, and requirements with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and takes full responsibility for his/her actions with regards to this.


Client understands and confirms that Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC after reasonable inquiry, has made available to client, by reference, referral, or other conveyance, the best available information known to this Agency regarding pandemic policies provided by travel suppliers and governing bodies, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruises lines, tour agencies, insurance provider, transfer agencies or any other entity involved in clients booking.


Client is aware the travel warnings, travel restrictions and rules including screening and use of masks, travel insurance restrictions, and restrictions that may impede Clients ability to enter or exit a destination as planned, related to Covid-19 and understands the risks, is accepting of these and holds Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations Client is traveling through. Client further agrees to hold Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to Covid-19 and agrees not to sue or institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to this agency or its partners for said penalties, fees, or real or alleged damages.

All bookings require a $40.00 per person admin fee for processing. If this is a group booking the admin fee is $50.00 per person. This is a one time non refundable fee that is separate from the initial payment for deposit. By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I am booking with Linda's Paradise Getaway, LLC and I am authorizing a admin fee of $40.00 or $50.00 per person to be added to my deposit payment and charged to the card number included on this payment form, with my deposit total. Please note your deposit payment will not be processed unless the admin fee is authorized.

Would you like to add Travel Insurance or A Pre Departure Waiver? Travel insurance must be paid in full with the deposit. All bookings without travel insurance could end up being nonrefundable.
